The findings, which are published in the 2003 June issue of The Journal of Urology,
are based on a study of 46 couples that were trying to conceive. In each couple,
the male partner had undergone vasectomy reversal and the female partner was at least 35.
The average time between vasectomy and reversal was 10 years.
The say the longer it's been since your vasectomy the lower the chances of success.
While that could be due to antibody buildup, I think chances may have to do with age.
What's the betting that most of the snip reversees were duhds who'd divorced,
moved in with another woman and wanted a copy of this year's model? Geeze, one thing which
is stressed when you go for a snip is that it is permanent.
I'm glad mine is permanent!! The doc that did mine is a fert doc and he says that with
the open end there is a better chance for the reversal if I ever change my mind . WTF??
The will be no second expedition into scrotumland. I guess the docs didn't explain that
antibodies form immediately when the sperm start leaking.
