smoking cause male erectile dysfunction

Smoking causes erectile dysfunction and could ruin your sex life

A new study says that smoking can increase the risk of erectile dysfunction among men and then ruin their sex life. The conclusion is clear: the more cigarettes smoked, the greater the risk, smoking causes male erectile dysfunction

A scientific team at the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orleans studied 7,684 men between the ages of 35-74, examining the link between cigarette smoking and erectile dysfunction. The team found that the association was stronger in participants with diabetes.

It is accepted that smoking is responsible for 87 percent of lung cancer deaths and for causing other health problems. The Tulane study findings suggest that quitting smoking should be an important option for reducing the risk of erectile dysfunction.
