Is impotence inevitable as men age ?
You should know that there is no disease or death that was ever caused by "old age"
as all organs of man's body has given a potential useful and functioning life of over 100 years.
There is always a breakdown or degeneration of one or more vital functions or organs
of the body.
If man ate the foods nature equipped him to eat, exercised his body the way nature intended,
and eliminated all the toxic habits that have become part of our "civilization," man could be
super potent at any age! It is man's unnatural living habits that cause toxic buildup, delayed
elimination, and thus degeneration or breakdown.
It was believed, until relatively recent times, that 90% of all male impotency had a psychogenic
origin. This theory was generally accepted for over fifty years as embodying the truth. But new
research, using penile Dopplers, determined that there are physiologic or pathologic bases for
impotence in over 50% of all cases tested.
Sexual potency as well as sperm production can be inhibited by some natural elements men
use everyday. The typical American diet rich in high-fat and low-fiber food, while often stimulating
the sex desire, tends to decrease the ability to perform by clogging the penile veins and arteries.
And do not forget alcohol and nicotine as well as some drugs prescribed for diabetes and stomach
ulcers that have all been reported as causing erectile dysfunction (ED) as a side effect.
One of the main causes of insufficient blood flowing the corpora cavernosa in the male organ
is arteriosclerosis, which is a systemic condition. Anyone eating a diet consisting of eggs, meat,
cheeses, milk, butter, and other foods high in fat and low in fiber is a strong candidate
for arteriosclerosis and, by consequence, for inconsistent erections. That is a medical fact.
The more blood flowing to the penile arteries, the stronger and firmer the erection.
